3. Exchange Policy:
• If you received a product with an error, such as the wrong size or a device not compatible with the one you selected, we are happy to exchange it for the correct item. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
4. Refunds:
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
